You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and we accept direct exchanges. Returns are handled by mail only.

To be accepted, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags still attached
- Requested within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Eligible Items
- Items damaged through customer use or improper care
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or tags

How to return an item

Send your order number and the reason for the return to [email protected].

Receive your prepaid label
We will email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Download and print it.

Pack the item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Drop it off
Drop the package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location using the label we provided.

Get your refund or exchange
After we inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 2 business days.
Free return shipping: For change-of-mind and sizing returns, we do not charge a return shipping fee. Your prepaid return label is provided free of charge.

Replacement is produced and shipped
Your replacement is made to order and shipped within 2 business days. If it is unavailable, we issue a full refund instead.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method — your PayPal balance or the original credit or debit card used at checkout.
Shipping Fee Policy
The original $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable, except when an item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective or wrong items: If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover everything — you receive a full refund including the original shipping fee, or a free replacement, at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
Cancelling an order
Because every item is printed to order, cancellations can only be accepted before production begins. If you need to cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible after checkout.
- If production has not yet started, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
- Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may still use the 30-day return process after delivery.
