By accessing or purchasing from sunnigifts.com, a website operated by HUY DAU LANH LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
3Account & Orders
An account is not required to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the order and shipping details you submit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.
4Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through PayPal, including Guest Checkout. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors even after an order is submitted.
5Shipping & Delivery
Items are printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days. Shipping is a $4.95 flat rate to all 50 US states. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective items in their original condition. The terms, process, and refund timelines are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
7Product Information & Availability
We work to display our products and descriptions accurately, but colors and finishes may vary slightly due to screens and the print-to-order process. Because items are produced upon order, availability may change, and we may discontinue designs at any time.
8Intellectual Property
All content on sunnigifts.com, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.
9User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false information. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms.
