Prefer centimeters? Multiply inches by 2.54 (for example, a 40 in chest ≈ 102 cm).
How to measure
Grab a soft tape measure and a T-shirt that already fits you well.

Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

Body Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem of the shirt to sit.

Compare
Match your numbers to the chart. If you are between two sizes or like a looser fit, size up.
Good to know: Measurements are approximate and may vary by up to 1 inch because every tee is printed to order. All sizes are adult unisex. If the size you receive doesn't fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery — for change-of-mind and sizing returns we do not charge a return shipping fee. Still unsure?
